Elige el país y escribe el número móvil que quieres recargar. Comprobamos que esté activo y en la red que elegiste antes de que pagues.

Decide cuánto saldo recibe la persona. Verás la comisión y el total antes de introducir la tarjeta.

Pagas y entregamos
Autorizamos tu tarjeta, enviamos la recarga y solo te cobramos cuando la red confirma que llegó.
When your card is actually charged
When you pay, we place an authorization on your card — the funds are held by your bank but not taken. We only capture that authorization once the network confirms the top-up reached the line. If the network refuses it, we cancel the authorization instead, and the hold disappears from your statement without a refund ever needing to be processed.
Occasionally a supplier accepts a request and then goes quiet, and we genuinely cannot tell whether it landed. Rather than guess, we leave the authorization in place and have a person check it against the supplier's records. You get an email either way, usually within 15 minutes.
Why we check the number first
Numbers move between networks all the time. The credit follows the network you choose, not the number, so sending to the wrong one means the money leaves and nothing arrives — and no carrier will reverse it. Before you pay, we look up which network the number is on right now. It costs us a fraction of a cent and saves you the entire top-up.
